JD Sports offers a flexible return policy allowing you to return unworn items in their original packaging within 45 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Whether you purchased in-store or online, we strive to make your return process as seamless as the shopping experience itself.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn sneakers or apparel back into the original box or shipping mailer, ensuring all tags and labels are still attached.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location, or bring your items directly to a local JD Sports store.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
